Terms and Conditions for Commission System Customer Portal users
Account Holder's Liability for Unauthorized Purchases
If a Commission System Customer Portal account capable of accessing a stored value account is compromised, the account holder is responsible for unauthorized purchases until the account is reported as compromised to the Lightstorm Office. Once the account is reported as compromised, the account will be deactivated.
If the account holder fails to report an unauthorized purchase within 60 days of the transaction occurring, then the account holder's liability for unauthorized purchases may have no monetary limit.
The Account holder is responsible for fully cooperating in our efforts to recover from unauthorized account users and to assist in their prosecution.
Notification Procedure for compromised account use
Notice of compromised or of unauthorized account use should be reported immediately to Lightstorm Technical Services, 13/489 Nicholson Road Canning Vale Western Australia 6155 Phone: +618 9256 4099. Notice may be given in person, via email or in writing between the hours of 9:00 AM and 4:30 PM on business days. Notice by email may be given 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Account holders should use the address helpdesk@lightstormglobal.com.
Disclosure of Accounting Information to Third Parties
In the normal course of business, we may disclose information to third parties about your account or transfers you make (a) where it is necessary for completing transfers, or (b) in order to verify the existence and condition of your account for a third party, such as a credit bureau or merchant, or (c) to comply with government agency or court orders, or (d) with your written permission.
Documentation of Transfers
Account holders can access a statement online within their user account and log in using their secure account number and password. Account details should be protected at all times and not disclosed to other parties.
Account Balance
You may obtain your account balance over the web via your secure log on.
Error Resolution Procedures
Telephone us at +618 9256 4099, email on helpdesk@lightstormglobal.com or write us at Lightstorm Global, 13/489 Nicholson Road Canning Vale Western Australia 6155, as soon as you can, if you think your transaction log is wrong or if you need more information about a transaction. We must hear from you no later than sixty (60) days after you view the transaction and the problem or error appears.
Tell us your name and account number.
Describe the error or the transfer you are unsure about including the date, and explain as clearly as you can why you believe there is an error or why you need more information.
Tell us the monetary amount of the suspected error. If you tell us orally, we require that you send us your complaint or question in writing and that it be received by Lightstorm Technical Services, 13/489 Nicholson Road Canning Vale WA 6155 within 10 business days or via email on helpdesk@lightstormglobal.com

Lightstorm Account. By use of the Lightstorm account to activate and use the Lightstorm account, the cardholder agrees to be bound by all of the terms and conditions set forth herein.

Nature of Account. Lightstorm agrees to accept and to hold for the benefit of the Holder, and exclusively for the purpose described herein, funds prepaid by the Holder to an account maintained by Lightstorm and referred to herein as the Lightstorm Account. Funds prepaid by the Holder to the Lightstorm Account shall be applied against amounts debited to the Holder's account for goods and services purchased by the Holder's account at points of sale accepting payment through the use of the Lightstorm Account. THE HOLDER UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT THE Lightstorm ACCOUNT IS NOT A CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT AND UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES MAY DEBITS OR CHARGES REDUCE THE ACCOUNT BALANCE BELOW ZERO.

Establishing the Account. The Lightstorm Account will be activated by Lightstorm for the Holder once all required fields have been completed. Additional funds may be deposited from time to time thereafter, in the form of commission payments.

Locations. The Holder may use the Lightstorm Account to purchase goods or services both online and offline wherever payment through the use of the Lightstorm Account is authorized.

No Interest on Funds. The Holder understands and agrees that no interest or other earnings will be paid to the Holder or credited by Lightstorm to the Holder's account.

Use of the Lightstorm Account. The Holder must present his or her official Lightstorm account details at the time of purchase in order to access funds held in the Holder's Lightstorm Account. The account is nontransferable and the Holder is responsible for purchases made and debited to the Holder's Account. To prevent unauthorized use of the Holder's Lightstorm account, Lightstorm may require additional identification from any person attempting to make a purchase and debit to the Holder's account.

Refunds. In the event that the account holder withdraws from the program Lightstorm agrees to refund the unspent balance of your Lightstorm Account, less a processing fee. Proof of withdrawal is required. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to Lightstorm Technical Services, 13/489 Nicholson Road Canning Vale Western Australia 6155

Effective Date of Agreement. These terms and conditions shall be in effect from the date the account holder activates the account.

Lightstorm reserves the right to change the terms and conditions as required from time to time.

Lightstorm Account Office. The Lightstorm Account will be administered by Lightstorm Technical Services, 13/489 Nicholson Road Canning Vale Western Australia 6155.
